Airtime Sure may provide access to services including (but not limited to) airtime purchase, data bundle purchase, electricity bill payments, cable TV subscriptions, wallet funding, and receipts/transaction history. Service availability may change over time.
4. User responsibilities

- Provide accurate information and update it when necessary
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity
5. Fees, charges, and refunds
Fees (if any) may apply to certain transactions. Refunds and reversals depend on the specific service, network conditions, and provider rules. For help with a transaction, contact support with your receipt/reference.
6. Prohibited use
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to bypass security controls
- Abuse of promotions, pricing, or referral mechanisms
- Interfering with the platform’s performance or other users
7. Availability and outages
We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, provider issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Airtime Sure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
